Irina Jad (also known as Irina Gradusova or Irina Jadallah) is a fraudster with no legitimate background in event management or cryptocurrency. Her claims about working at Piccolo Teatro de Milano are unverified, and her entire professional persona is carefully constructed fiction.
Together with Anna Ivanko, Irina Jad launched Ticketmeta—a fraudulent platform marketed as a revolutionary blockchain ticketing solution. Their prototype at play.ticketmeta.io was a facade with minimal functionality, designed solely to attract investors.
I've known Anna Ivanko since 2007. In 2022 in Dubai, she introduced me to Irina Jad and their Ticketmeta project. They made false claims about existing investments and guarantees from Irina's supposed husband Wael Jadallah of Moody's.
After lending money with a signed promissory note, they changed the terms, offering a 6% stake instead of repayment. Months later, it became clear this was worthless—the company had no real operations and the stake was never formalized.

First investors recruited through false promises and fake demonstrations
Promised repayment date passes with no payment, investors offered worthless equity instead
Scam continues as they target new investors with different project names
As of 2024, Irina Jad and Anna Ivanko continue their fraudulent activities under new project names. They have not returned any funds to investors and all promises have proven false.
This is not about revenge—it's a warning. If Irina Jad or Anna Ivanko approach you with any investment opportunity, verify every claim independently. My experience cost me significant money and time. Don't let it happen to you.
